We love Aunty Becky!

We went to Carmarthen this afternoon to get some clothes washed. While Mamgu did the washing (thank you!) A. Becky, Dadcu the kids and me went to Llansteffan and had a great time. When we got back to Mamgu's Becky got the cars out and played racing with the kids. I think they all love A. Becky.

Sorry, have been missing this week because all of my spare time has gone into re-doing Andy's Dad's Army web site (click here to see it). Still having some teething problems with it becuase it needs a complete re-design as he hasn't done much with it in the last 5 years! Andy's also started a blog called retrospace for all his retro tv information.

Above the Torchwood Hub

Wow, a weekend when it didn't rain and to celebrate we had an afternoon out at Cardiff Bay. We had a great time visiting our favorite craft shop/gallery Craft in the Bay I love the jewellery and handbags in there. Seren loved the "Torchwood" water fountain and got very wet running around it. Finally we made our way the park which was packed so we we had some drinks and lolipops before we made our way home. Have a look at the pics below to see the fun we had.

New dancing outfit

Here's Seren in her new dacing outfit ready for dancing tomorrow we managed to get a cardigan, leotard, skirt and ballet shoes for less than £25 on ebay. I love that site, you can get anything and everything you need. It's really handy for items like this that won't last that long and don't get used everyday.

Catching up with Scrap your Day

Spent some me time tonight trying to catch up with Scrap your Day. I'm so behind with it! Tonight I finally did my page for June (see above). I also realised that i'd got my July pics printed out wrong so i'm going to have to sort them out again tomorrow. I'm determined to get July and August by the 25th September - that gives me 10 days.

House full of tap dancing today

Finally found Jon a cheap pair of tap dancing shoes on Ebay this week and they arrived yesterday. Have a look at the video to see him and Seren dancing in the kitchen this afternoon.

The boys (including Andy) have gone for a lie down leaving Seren watching a DVD and me time to play on the computer. Yipee! Haven't had much of chance in recent weeks so this week I hijacked the computer and I have been on it more than Andy! Used Premier Elements for the first time today to edit the 2 tap dancing clips together and that was great fun.

Here is my page from one of the classes at the crop in Bassaleg today. Those Scrapbus girls are awesome and really come up with some great ideas and excellent intstructions, thanks girls! I've just got the title to finish off on the other one and then I'll post it.

Jon's first day of Meithrin

Here is Jon in his new school uniform. He's starts the Meithrin at Ysgol Cymraeg Casneydd today and he is a bit nervous about it. I told him that would be like playgroup and he seemed happier to go. When he came out he had loved it and couldn't wait to go back. Here are some more pics of him and Seren this morning.
